Built serious.
Trust is a decision made in the architecture, not a line in a brochure. Here is how Essentix keeps each business's data isolated, recorded, and owned by the business itself.
How your data is protected
A short list of firm decisions, each one working whether you notice it or not.
- Your own database
Each organisation runs in its own isolated database, not a shared table separated by a tenant column. There are no shared rows to leak across, and a problem in one tenant stays contained to that tenant. Backup and restore run for your database on its own.
- Backups in isolated environments
Backups are kept in environments separated from the running system, so a failure in one place does not reach the other. Each organisation's backups stay with that organisation, ready to restore without touching anyone else's data.
- Audit trails
Every procedure is recorded: who did it, when, and why. Postings, approvals and changes leave a trail you can read back later. The history is part of the system, not an add-on you have to switch on.
- Permissions and controlled procedures
Access is granular. You decide who can see and do what, down to the procedure, and you route sensitive steps through approvals. People operate inside the limits you set, and the system holds those limits consistently.
- Arabic as a first-class system
Arabic and right-to-left are built in from the first sketch, not mirrored after the fact. The localisation is deep and tuned by native specialists, so the Arabic system reads as a designed surface, equal to the English one.
