Essentix collects only the information you provide through the trial request form: your name, company, work email address, and the website language you were viewing. We use this information solely to contact you about your trial. We do not sell it, share it or use it for advertising. Trial requests are stored in the Essentix portal database, not in a customer product database.

Your data in the product

Each Essentix customer operates in a separate, isolated database. Your business data remains yours and private to your organisation. Actions are recorded in audit trails, and backups are kept within isolated environments.
